Faith A. Ford
With over 10 years experience with Smoker Gard Associates LLC, Faith supports our Business Law division assisting with Business Law issues including business formations, business sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, and employment agreements in our New Holland Office. In addition to an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, Faith has completed her B.S. in Bible Ministries from Lancaster Bible College.

Vanessa has been with Smoker Gard Associates LLP since 2006. After graduating from J.P. McCaskey High School in 1993, she pursued vocational training. She supports our Criminal Law division in our Lancaster Office. Vanessa is fluent in Spanish and she is a Notary Public.

Carmella has been with Smoker Gard Associates LLP since 2007. She graduated from Thaddeus Stevens with an Associate of Applied Science Degree and has her B.S. in Business Administration. Carmella supports our Shillington Office. She is fluent in Spanish and can communicate in Italian. She is a member of the Lancaster Area Paralegal Association (LAPA), Legal Support Staff Association (LSSA) and is a Notary Public.
